MP court directive to DAVV registrar

According to the latest reports, the registrar of the Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya will have to appear before Indore bench of the Madhya Pradesh HC.

This is for dilly-dallying in a case that was lodged in relation to results of a girl student of the MD medicine course.

The court took a serious note of the petition, and has ordered the DAVV registrar RD Musalgaonkar to appear in front of the court in person on 7 April.

Sources say that the student Mamta Gupta was dissatisfied with the result and moved to court against the university recently.
