Beware of Dogs Malluwood Movie Review
Story:
A stale tale, the story is about four youngsters Dominic (Wilson Joseph), Oommen (Dinesh), Gautham (Sanju) and Sunny (Sreenath Bhasi) who are tenants at a house owned by Pillai (Sunil). The landlord tries all ways to get them out but due to their poor financial condition, the tenants keep coming up with smart ways to dodge him. Story takes a turn when they get into a tiff with a local don (manoj k jayan) and run to Pondicherry. What happens from there forms the rest.

Presentation:
The director has come up with a supposedly thriller-comedy storyline and while the presentation was alright, the narrative was quite bad. The dialogues were amateur. The script was average and the screenplay made it bad. The background score was melodious but songs failed to create an impact. Cinematography was the saving grace. Editing was bad in the second half. Costumes were trendy to suit the current fashion while the art department was okay. The four male leads did their bit as required. Sunil was good, Abhirami Suresh was apt, Manoj K Jayan was a misfit, Ajay Simha was alright.

Conclusion:
The film seems to have taken a major part of the plot from the Bollywood movie ‘Delhi Belly’ and few changes have been made here and there. The first half goes about in a good manner with the layering of the plot and introduction of characters. The interval bang was neat but it is the second half which brought the entire film down. Few bad attempts were made at generating comedy and adult jokes were also used. Overall, the film doesn’t really have anything great to impress the audience. At the box office, it is going to sink without a trace.
