Tungabhadra Tollywood Movie Review
Story:
A village named Karlapoodi in Guntur district becomes the hub for fights between two powerful groups led by Sivaramakrishna (sathyaraj) and Trimurthulu (kota). Sivaramakrishna’s right arm is Srinu (adith arun) who will do anything for his master. Meanwhile, Sivaramakrishna’s daughter Gauri (dimple) catches the attention of Srinu and he falls in love with her. What happens after that forms the rest.

Presentation:
The director has come up with a routine storyline and while the presentation was nice, the narrative was not that appealing. The story is very predictable and the script was alright. But the screenplay was good at places. The background score was decent but songs failed to impress. Cinematography was neat. Editing was required at few places. Costumes were apt to the backdrop while the art department was natural. Adith Arun gave an alright performance as required. Sathyaraj was the best among the lot, he was nice. Dimple Chopade was expressive and made her presence felt. Kota was standard. Saptarigi brought few smiles. Jabardasth Seenu and Josh Naveen brought few smiles. Others didn’t get much scope.

Conclusion:
Coming up with a love story between a big man’s daughter and his follower is a common thing and it all boils down to how the story has been weaved. In this movie, the first half goes on an energetic note with elements of humor, some action and some romance as well. The interval bang was expected and the second half follows the routine path of action, some sentiment and melodrama. Overall, this is a movie which had nothing different to offer so success at the box office would be tough.
