Chakkiligintha Tollywood Movie Review
Adi (sumanth ashwin) is a boy who doesn’t believe in going behind girls and he influences his friends to do the same in college. As a result, all girls are ignored. At that point comes Avi (rehana) who discovers about this issue. She decides to take it as a challenge and lays a trap for Adi so that he can say those three magical words. Whether she is successful in doing that and what happens from there forms the rest.
Chakkiligintha Telugu Cinema Review
The director has come up with a romantic storyline and while the presentation was rich, the narrative was disappointing. The dialogues were alright. The script was average and the screenplay was not effective. The background score was melodious and songs were very hummable. Cinematography was highlight in this film. Editing was shoddy in second half. Costumes were well designed and stylish to suit the college backdrop while the art department was colorful. Sumanth Ashwin carries off with his role as required and he is nice. Rehana put good efforts but she needs to work more. Tagubothu Ramesh was usual, Surekha was energetic, Viva Harsha was entertaining, Chaitanya Krishna was brief but he was good. Others didn’t have much scope.
Chakkiligintha Filem Review
College based movies with love tracks are always fun to watch but when the crux of the plot is not that strong, it requires a smart screenplay to ensure audience is engaged. In this film, the story begins in a nice manner and there are elements of college humor, some romance and the interval bang was neat. But the second half went haywire as the film has logical loopholes and the characterization gets confusing. The ending could have been more sensible instead of creating confusion. Overall, this is a film which could have worked rightly if the execution was done properly. At the box office, it may fetch some decent openings but talk will not survive for long.
