Lakshmi Raave Maa Intiki Tollywood Movie Review
Story:
Sarvesh Anand Rao (ravu ramesh) is a strict father and runs his home with discipline. His daughter Lakshmi (avika gor) has completed her studies and without a second thought, Anand Rao gets her engaged to a software engineer. In comes Sai (naga shourya) who sees Lakshmi somewhere and falls in love with her. He expresses his feelings to her but she tells him that she is engaged. What happens from there forms the rest.

Presentation:
The director has come up with a routine storyline and while the presentation was rich, the narrative was not that engaging. The dialogues were good at places. The script was average and the screenplay was not upto the mark. The background score was melodious but only two songs were worth watching. Cinematography was the main strength to this film. Editing was weak in the second half. Costumes were well designed to suit the nativity while the art department was natural. Naga Shourya has done a fine performance and no complaints from him. Avika is bubbly as usual and did her bit as required. Ravu Ramesh was excellent. Saptagiri was hilarious. Naresh was natural, Pragathi was adequate, Satyam Rajesh was standard. The others did their bit as required.

Conclusion:
Whenever a love story comes with a predictable plot it is always useful if the screenplay is worked out effectively to keep the momentum on. In this film, the first half takes off nicely and everything is fine till the first forty minutes with elements of comedy, romance and some drama. But things change after that. The interval bang was predictable and the second half goes at a very lagged pace and without any emotional quotient. Overall, this is a film which could have worked well if the intensity was kept high. At the box office, the film doesn’t have enough to reach the success mark.
