Rowdy Tollywood Movie Review
Set on the backdrop of Rayalaseema, the story is about Anna (Mohan Babu) a factionist who believes in doing good for the people and earn respect. His younger son Krishna (vishnu) comes to join him after completing his education. Meanwhile, Anna is opposing the construction of a project because the opposite group plans to loot public money. This creates a rift. On the other hand, the terms between Anna and his elder son Bhushan (kishore) are not good. What happens from there forms the rest.

Rowdy Telugu Cinema Review
The director has come up with a hard hitting storyline and while the presentation was rich, the narrative was good in parts. The dialogues were well written. The script was average but the screenplay made it lot better. The background score was intense and two songs were worth watching. Cinematography was the main strength to this film. Editing was crisp. Costumes were well designed to suit the backdrop while the art department was realistic. Mohan Babu has given a remarkable performance and his dignified act impresses. Manchu Vishnu has given a level headed performance and this film will take a special place in his career as an actor. Shanvi Srivastav was a sexy doll and she showed her power in just one song. Jayasudha was elegant. Tanikella Bharani was not appealing. Ravi Babu was regular. Kishore was not used well. Paruchuri was good, Jeeva was usual.
Rowdy Filem Review
The film comes from the typical genre which Ram Gopal Varma specializes and it must be said that unlike his recent flicks, this one was better. The first half was powerful and had elements of action, some romance and drama. The interval bang was alright and the second half was mixed with emotion, sentiment and some melodrama. Overall, this is a film which has the ruggedness but a subtle feel to it. With good performances and sound technical aspects, the film manages to hook the audience in few places. At the box office, the film has good chance of becoming a commercial success.
