Emo Gurram Egara Vachu Tollywood Movie Review
Story:
An alright tale, the story begins with Bullabbayi (sumanth) who hails from a village and doesn’t pass even tenth standard. But he is a very kind hearted man and has deep love for his Maradalu Neelaveni (pinky) who goes abroad and has a good job. She returns home for a holiday and not to hurt her father marries Bullabbayi. She takes him to USA with the condition that they would get divorced in two months. What happens from there forms the rest.

Presentation:
The director has come up with a good storyline and while the presentation was rich, the narrative was a letdown. The dialogues were good at places. The script was average and the screenplay was loose. The background score was melodious and three songs were worth listening. Cinematography was efficient. Editing was required at few places. Costumes were well designed to suit the nativity while the art department was apt. Sumanth gave an energetic performance and showed something different. Pinky was impressive given her debut and background. Tagubothu Ramesh gave his share of smiles. Harshavardhan was apt, Raksha was regular, Asmita was alright. Others didn’t have much to offer.

Conclusion:
The film caught attention with an interesting title and given the fact that it comes from a director who is famous for value oriented scripts, the expectatiosn were high. However, the film takes off on an interesting note but loses the energy after few minutes, the tempo slows down. The interval bang was somewhat promising but the story got dragged in second half. Basically, there is no intensity in the movie. At the box office, the film might appeal to only those who have some patience and want some extremely light entertainer but success is doubtful.

Could have been a lot better
