D for Dopidi Tollywood Movie Review
An alright tale, the story is about four friends Rajeev, Vicky, Hari, Chandu (sundeep, varun, naveen, rakesh) who have their share of problems and they decide to loot a bank to resolve them all. But their plans go awry as the same bank is attacked by another group of robbers (tanikella and others). To add to that, the girl (Melanie) Vicky loves is also in the same bank at that time. Whether the boys get successful in looting the bank or not forms the rest of the tale.

D for Dopidi Telugu Cinema Review
The director has come up with an interesting storyline and while the presentation was alright, the narrative was good in parts. The dialogues were not that strong. The script was having good twists but the screenplay could have been crisp. The background score was good and there are no songs in it. Cinematography was upto the mark. Editing was required during the second half. Costumes were trendy and youthful while the art department was natural. Sundeep Kishan carried out his role as required and did justice, Varun Sandesh made his presence felt at few places, Naveen was natural, Rakesh was funny, Melanie was looking sexy, Tanikella Bharani was good, Hema was apt. Deva Katta was a showstealer.
D for Dopidi Filem Review
Small budget movies which are packed with entertainment and presenting serious subjects on a lighter tone seem to have become a trend. In this, the film has good subject with nice potential. The first half is somewhat engaging and it builds the plot aptly. The interval bang was neat but the second half comes down in terms of its energy and momentum. The overall feel of the film is enjoyable but it lacked the energy and wit to make the movie more gripping. At the box office, the film would be an average grosser but strong word of mouth can bring it success.

Bharatstudent verdict: Promising subject but passable entertainer
